The Wiki plugin adds a button next to the minimap which allows lookup of items, NPCs, and game objects when clicked. It also has a right-click option to perform a wiki search. Additionally, the plugin adds right-click wiki lookup options to certain dialogs, such as the quest and achievement diary lists.
