The World Map plugin adds a number of teleport location icons to the world map along with expanding some icon tooltips to give more information.
Settings
Show fairy ring codes in tooltip
Display the code for fairy rings in the icon tooltip
Show fairy ring travel icon
Override the travel icon for fairy rings
Show agility level requirement
Display the required Agility level in the icon tooltip
Indicate inaccessible shortcuts
Indicate shortcuts you do not have the level to use on the icon
Show Standard Spellbook destinations
Show icons at the destinations for teleports in the Standard Spellbook
Show minigame name in tooltip
Display the name of the minigame in the icon tooltip
Show Ancient Magicks destinations
Show icons at the destinations for teleports in the Ancient Spellbook
Show Lunar Spellbook destinations
Show icons at the destinations for teleports in the Lunar Spellbook
Show Arceuus Spellbook destinations
Show icons at the destinations for teleports in the Arceuus Spellbook
Show jewellery teleport locations
Show icons at the destinations for teleports from jewellery
Show teleport scroll locations
Show icons at the destinations for teleports from scrolls
Show misc teleport locations
Show icons at the destinations from miscellaneous teleport items
Show quest names and status
Indicates the name of quests and shows completion status
Show farming patch type
Display the type of farming patches in the icon tooltip

Indicate rare trees you do not have the level to cut on the icon
Show transportation tooltips
Indicates type and destination of transportation, clicking them (if an unambiguous teleport) will jump your world map to the destination location
